1. How to Book
To book our services, simply contact us through our official Instagram account or email. Provide details about your event, including the date, time, location, and type of service needed.
2. Booking Confirmation
Once we receive your booking request, we will confirm availability and provide a formal agreement. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
3. Payment Details
We accept payments via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or event.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a refund, minus the deposit. Refunds are not available for last-minute cancellations.
5. Custom Requests
We are happy to accommodate specific requests, such as custom edits or additional services. Please inform us during the booking process for tailored solutions.
